Trying to get motivated this year to make my holiday place setting name cards. I have a bunch of pine cones that I had painted silver for a Christmas Photo Shoot a few weeks ago. Instead of spray painting or hand burshing them I dipped them into the paint, I loved how it turned out because it gave them a nice thick luxurious coat!
I used my favorite metallic paint by Modern Masters. I bought this 7 years ago and have used it numerous times. It still outperforms, is in fantastic condition and well worth the cost.
For the photo shoot, I used them as table decor and on the mantel, to add some layers. Here is a sneak peak a picture I took. Will post when real article comes out.
