Staging Real Estate

Benjamin Moore Home Staging Paint Colors

October 29, 2015 Courses, Design Ideas, Paint, Staging

Paint paint paint. Literally usually one of my first fixes when I arrive onsite for a Home Staging consult. In reality, we should all be re-painting our homes every 7-10 years. Because I am OCD, I do touch-ups every 2-3 years and major paint updates every 5. But remember, I have kids, two older boys who literally slam their hockey sticks on my walls, literally!
But of course they always deny it. Anyhoo, for 100% of my Home Staging properties we start with paint and I thought I share some of my recent Home Staging Paint Colors with before and after pictures.

So I stay away from realtor beige. I think everyone has finally jumped on this bandwagon even though  it has been riding for 5 years now!!! So stay tune to see what the next color trends will be and I do already know. wink wink. And it is fab!!!
Okay, so here we have a before shot of an entrance with wallpaper, and two toned walls. We updated the space by removing the wallpaper and painting it Revere Pewter by my BFF, yup Benjamin Moore
In the same property the dining room was painted olive green.
For this space we used Revere Pewter underneath the chair rail with some Light Pewter above
The same property got a facelift in the living room as well. Initially the sellers did not want to paint the original wood but with some convincing we did it.
