You are not going to believe this, I WON the Nate Berkus Giveaway!

I know, crazy.

About one month ago, Nate Berkus was in town for a a book signing. I couldn’t make it to the book signing, even though it was on my calendar for over a month, because it was my son’s 10th birthday.

Trust me, I thought for a second, he won’t notice if I am not there…my son that is, not Nate Berkus. Then I succumbed to the reality that he will only turn 10 once and Nate Berkus would just have to wait.

Or so I thought.

That same week he, Nate Berkus, launched his new website with a  giveaway. I remember being in the car with my entire family, as my husband asked me, “what are you doing on your phone….?????” Ugh, just give me a minute I thought.

Well, he did, and I am so glad he did, CAUSE I WON!!!

Okay, so I got some great gifts from Nate Berkus, and of course, with the Target gift cards I was going to add on.

I knew the cheese board would go great on top of my vintage brass persian tray, so I needed another tray to balance my second coffee table design in the family room. If you don’t know what I am talking about, I have 2 round carved wood coffee tables in my family room. You can see how I style and use the 2 coffee tables for the family room here, oh and my vintage brass tray is on one of those tables.

Okay, so I knew when hosting I would put the cheese board on top of the vintage tray and then surround the tray with delicious meats and crackers. Creating a charcuterie board if you will. oh la la so fancy.

Then on the opposite coffee table I would put the wood and metal inlay tray by Nate Berkus for Target which I just love!

I  also spent my Target Gift Cards on some perfect Nate Berkus Gold Plaid Dessert Plates. 

Adore! okay, so what did I do with all of this? Well, I styled up my bar cart for the holidays of course and then created a charcuterie table and appetizer table in the family room for our Thanksgiving celebration!
